Alliance Consulting has been the specialist in recruitment and selection within the building and installation contracting industry for almost 40 years. With our offices in Vught and Antwerp, we are active throughout the Benelux.

Our clients are often internationally oriented manufacturers who make products that are used in construction.

By immersing ourselves in our client and its market as well as our years of experience, we understand what our client needs when it comes to suitable candidates for their vacancies.

Recruitment Consultant

Are you genuinely interested in people, their job performance and motivations for making career moves?

In addition, can you work in an accurate and structured manner, do you have good communication skills and do you enjoy looking for suitable candidates for our clients?

What will you do as a Recruitment Consultant?

  • As a Recruitment Consultant in Vught you will be engaged in proactively searching/searching for-and recruiting and selecting suitable professionals to fill positions at our clients.
  • Together with your colleagues, you will draw up research plans and search for suitable profiles through our network.
  • You will ensure adequate capture in our ATS/CRM system.
  • You will maintain customer contact and provide adequate updates on the ongoing process
  • You will enter data of industries plus candidates and companies working in them, work out contacts, archive data, keep the database up to date.
  • You will do this work at our office in Vught so that we can switch quickly and keep each other well informed. In this way you really are part of our team. Occasionally working from home is certainly a possibility.

 

As a Recruitment Consultant, what will you bring with you?

  • MBO plus level;
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch & English language;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Representative and communicative;
  • You are results-oriented, enthusiastic and self-starting, flexible and live in the region;
  • You are available between 24 and 40 hours per week.
